Sharp List: The Pulcina Coffee Maker by Alessi
Italy does coffee well, so when Illy and Alessi (two fine Italian brands, one with great coffee and the other, great design) teamed up to make a coffee machine, our expectations were high. Designed by Michele de Lucchi, this modern moka-style maker, “Pulcina,” is a fine fit for your kitchen counter—it looks futuristic, and yet, kinda retro too. Pulcina will be making the rounds in fall’s design show circuit, so mark your calendars.
