Somehow, Indiana Jones’ Favourite Boots Just Got Even Better
You’d think that by virtue of being the kicks that Harrison Ford wore in all three Indiana Jones movies (yes, he wore them in Kingdom of the Crystal Skull, too, but we’d prefer to pretend that didn’t happen), it’d be impossible to make Alden’s Indy boots any more awesome.
Somehow, though, the stalwart New England shoemakers found a way to do just that. A special collaboration with Toronto menswear boutique Lost & Found, the iconic silhouette has been decked out in deep, rich shell cordovan — the toughest, most desirable form of horse leather, made using the fibrous muscle found beneath the hide on the animal’s rump — and fitted with a heavy-duty commando sole.
The result is a wholly impenetrable, indisputably dope pair of boots that’ll look just right whether you’re narrowly outrunning massive boulders, chasing down Nazi tanks, or, you know, heading out for a drink at the bar around the corner.
