The experts at the Harvard Medical School (and if we can’t trust them then who can we trust, really?) say the most reliable way to get the vitamins and nutrients your body needs is through regular old food like fruits, vegetables and fish. They’ve been keeping the human race on the up-and-up for thousands of years, and as studies go, that’s a pretty solid indicator.
