Sharp and S/ Launch the House of Aurora at TIFF

Over the weekend, Sharp and S/ teamed up with Bold Films to launch the House of Aurora pop-up at the Toronto International Film Festival. Canadian cannabis company Aurora transformed the former site of a historic bank on Bay Street into an art-deco marvel designed to host exclusive premiere parties, press junkets, and industry networking events.

Over 200 guests packed the venue, mingling with stars like Billy Zane, Jake Busey, Bokeem Woodbine, and Michaela Kurimsky. Potations were abundant, courtesy of Diageo Canada, La Marca Prosecco, and Grolsch. The venue was spruced up with leafy green (non-marijuana) plants (arranged by top event florist Frank Rea Event Designs), a branded photo booth, and trippy-sleek lighting. If cannabis legalization means more chic pop-ups like these, then bring on the green rush!
