All look like shit. Have a pizza in Regina at any Western Pizza. Only place that does a good pizza. I think Tumblers is the best location.

You Haven’t had pizza until you’ve had it in Regina. Those pizza’s do look horrible. Try Regent Family Restaurant. Western pizza on 9th Ave N, Triple 8 make the best olive oil, feta and spinach pizza anywhere. Chappy’s , Trifon’s, Houston pizza….I could go on. When I lived in Toronto the best pizza they had there was Pizza Hut. In Regina I wouldn’t touch that with a 10 foot pole.

To the people claiming you apparently can’t get “good” pizza outside of Regina: You may have tried Neapolitan pizza before and been disappointed because it wasn’t your run-of-the-mill pizza by the slice that’s 90% grease and cheese. There’s certainly a time and place for that, but this is a different beast altogether. This pizza is for when you want to savour every bite, letting the simplicity and freshness of the ingredients help you rediscover what a pizza can be with enough care and consideration. If pizza to you is something that can only be paired with beers and watching a game with the boys, instead of a nice wine and a night out with your lady, then this is not your pizza. But open your mind and your mouth and it can be a revolutionary experience.

Perfectly said Jay…in North America, we’re used to dry cracker crust, frozen and high sodium ingredients….along with an over-seasoned and over-spiced sauce topped with block schredded cheese containing soy and other ingredients.
Keeping things authentic with a Neapolitan pizza gives you a true simply italian recipe using only the finest of ingredients. Freshness and flavour.
I do enjoy North American style of cooking from time to time…however, way too often we’re trying to season and cook taste into our concoctions, instead of starting with natural quality seen in italian cooking.
If you enjoy pizza and you haven’t experienced Neapolitan pizza (pizza from Naples, Italy)…put it on your “must do” list.
