Dolce & Gabbana’s latest fragrance for men: Intenso
Twenty years ago Dolce & Gabbana launched their first men’s fragrance, Pour Homme, which was an olfactory personification of “The Dolce & Gabbana Man.” This year a fresh new interpretation: Intenso, has launched, and it’s dedicated to a new generation of D&G men, which the designers describe as being determined and instinctual, with a heart rooted in tradition, bold, and able to express his emotions with “abandon and intensity.” We like the sound of that. Apparently, we like the smell of it, too. Intenso has sweetly crisp top notes of basil and marigold, a heart of lavender, clary sage and cypress, with base notes of sandalwood, and moepel accord—a debut for this particular accord in perfumery.
