Sometimes life is stressful. Sometimes, we make stress for ourselves. All those emails you’re sending from your phone on the way into the office to send more emails? Probably excessive. And also, probably showing. Ever gone back to look at a picture of Obama pre-presidency against a picture of him now? That’s a whole different man right there.

Stress, it turns out, has been scientifically linked to signs of aging and physical abuse: greying hair, hair loss, wrinkles, under-eye bags, weight gain, the whole lot of it. The best thing you can do for your grooming regimen is to just stop everything — including thinking about your grooming regimen — and try to relax. Try yoga. Get some exercise. Walk the dog. Go to sleep early. Still stressed? Your body will thank us.
