These Sunglasses Will Make Summer Feel That Much Closer
It may be the middle of winter, but that doesn’t mean you don’t need a pair of killer shades to help cut the glare off of that pristine powder. Luckily J.Crew has come to the rescue with their new sunglass collection.
Somewhat surprisingly, this is the American brand’s first foray into eyewear, but unsurprisingly, they paid just as much attention to detail with their sunglasses as they do with their suits.
A collaboration with NYC-based eyewear manufacturer Marchon, the acetate frames are made by hand and feature scratch-resistant lenses that offer 100% UV protection. The Jenna Lyons-designed hinges, meanwhile, incorporate two visible screw heads that provide stability and also serve as an unofficial logo for the line. Picking up a pair will not only see you through the cold months, they’ll get you prepped and ready for when sunny days are here again.
