Hosting is thirsty work, so put that bottle of GREY GOOSE® you brought to good use and mix your host a drink — and why not make one for yourself while you’re at it?

1.5 oz GREY GOOSE® Vodka
1 oz ST~GERMAIN® Elderflower Liqueur
3/4 oz Lime juice
2 oz Sparkling water
Method: Shake all ingredients except sparkling water in cocktail shaker with ice. Strain and pour into flute. Top with chilled sparkling water.
Christmas Old Fashioned
2 oz GREY GOOSE® VX Vodka
⅓ oz Christmas tree syrup*
3 or 4 dashes of Agnostura bitters
Method: In an empty rocks glass, add syrup, bitters, and GREY GOOSE® VX. Fill glass with cubed ice all the way to the top. Stir until ice is halfway melted. Add a couple more ice cubes to keep everything nice and cold. Garnish with a squeeze of orange peel and pine needles on top.
*Christmas tree syrup
1 cup water
1 cup granulated sugar
4 or 5 fingers of pine tree needles
Bring everything to a boil in small saucepan, stir until sugar is dissolved, and let the pine tree needles infuse overnight.
Holiday Apple Cider
1.5 L Apple cider
2 Cinnamon sticks (plus additional for garnish)
1/4 Maple syrup
6 Whole allspice berries
Peel of 1 orange, cut into strips
Peel of 1 lemon, cut into strips
Method: Combine all ingredients and bring to near boil on stove, allowing mixture to infuse for 10-15 minutes. You can leave on the stove on low heat, or keep warm in a thermos. Alternatively, cool mixture in the fridge, then serve over ice as a refreshing beverage. If serving cold, pour into glass or mule mug full of ice. Makes approximately 11 servings. Garnish by wrapping orange and lemon strips around a cinnamon stick and placing atop the cocktail.
Optional: For an adult twist, once the cider mixture is complete, add 16 oz of GREY GOOSE® Vodka, or GREY GOOSE® L’Orange Flavoured Vodka. Stir to combine. Makes approximately 11 servings.
