The 2025 Canadian International AutoShow is Coming: Here’s What To Look For

Last year’s Canadian International AutoShow broke attendance records in Toronto, and this year’s show promises to be much bigger and even better as several major luxury brands return. But, before we get into what you can expect this year — spoilers below — here’s what you need to know about the show itself:

The 2025 Canadian International AutoShow runs from February 14 to 23 at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre. VIP night is on Feb 13, and then doors open to the public at noon on Feb 14, which is a good time to go if you want to beat the crowds on opening weekend.

The full roster of brands on display includes Audi, BMW, and Mercedes-Benz, all of which are making a return after a protracted absence. Other confirmed brands include Ford, Lincoln, Chevrolet, Buick, Cadillac, GMC, Toyota, Lexus, Volvo, Polestar, McLaren, Subaru, Rivian, Kia, Nissan, Infiniti, Hyundai, Genesis, and Jeep, Chevrolet and GMC. Shell Performance and Grand Touring Automobiles — which represents Range Rover, Land Rover, Aston Martin, Bentley, Bugatti, Lamborghini, Rimac, Koenigsegg, Rolls-Royce, Zagato, Pininfarina and more — will also be on hand. LEGO and Mattel will have displays for kids. Drivers will also have the chance to experience select vehicles on an indoor test track. With over 650,000 square feet of exhibits and displays, and attendance in excess of 370,000 people, the AutoShow in Toronto has grown to become the country’s largest consumer show and among the most comprehensive of any auto show across North America. In other words, this is going to be big.

Here’s just some of what we’re looking forward to checking out this year, at the 2025 Canadian International AutoShow:

Mercedes-Benz is Back

That’s right, Mercedes-Benz is among the luxury brands returning to the AutoShow in Toronto this year. It’ll be the first time in five years the German brand has made its presence felt here. As such, the company is going all-in, with at least 11 new vehicles on display including the new AMG GT 63 coupe, the Maybach EQS 680, and our personal favourite here at SHARP: the G 580 with EQ Technology. The first electric G-Wagon will surely be a fan favourite as it makes its Canadian debut here at the AutoShow, before hitting showrooms later this year.

Audi is Back With Its Own Show

Audi wasn’t content with simply returning to the AutoShow. No, Audi has gone and created an entire show within the show. They’re calling it Audi Haus, and it was designed by none other than famed Canadian architect Omar Gandhi. (Perhaps you’ve had brunch at Toronto’s most beautiful brunch place, Lady Marmalade? That’s one of his.) The company says the pavilion will offer an “immersive one-of-a-kind experience.” Frankly, we can’t wait to see it for ourself. We’re looking forward to seeing the space almost as much as seeing the full range of Audi’s next-generation models.

Nissan Celebrates 60 Years

“This milestone is a testament to our long-standing commitment to innovation and customer satisfaction,” said Nissan Canada’s director of marketing, Brent Smith. To celebrate the Japanese brand’s 60th anniversary, Nissan gifted itself a couple of interesting new concepts: Project Trailgater, and the Frontier TARMAC concept. The latter is an homage to muscle-trucks, pounding the pavement with a one-off 400 horsepower supercharged V6. The Trailgater, on the other hand, was built for anyone who has ever found themselves on a camping trip during Super Bowl Sunday. It’s fitted with a raft of NISMO off-road parts as well as two 43-inch weatherproof TVs, electric coolers, and a grille. We suspect it has to be seen to be believed.

Cadillac Goes Big With New EVs

The American luxury brand has recently launched a barrage of well-regarded EVs, and if you haven’t been paying close attention you may have missed them. At the AutoShow, you’ll be able to remedy that situation and see them up close. The VISTIQ EV — also known as the Baby Escalade —  will be on hand. Shoppers can check out just how spacious that third row is for themselves. The new Cadillac OPTIQ EV will also be on display too, as the brand’s more attainable entry-level electric SUV.
