This statuesque house on the top of a hill in the coastal city of Alicante overlooks the stunning turquoise waters of the Mediterranean Sea—and that in itself is a pretty decent selling point.
Throw in the cantilevered white concrete volumes that form its aesthetic, with an east-west orientation taking full advantage of natural air and sunlight exposure, and you’ve got an architectural superstar by Ramón Esteve Estudio.
The indoor space extends outdoors towards the horizon, patterned by patches of greenery and pavement leading up to the infinity pool. Within its depths, a glass panel peeks into its indoor counterpart, creating a visually stimulating design element. Harmonizing the indoor and the outdoors even more so are verandas for every bedroom that offer sweeping views of the picturesque setting.
