Pharrell’s Beverly Hills Mansion Looks Like a Luxury Resort

Pharrell Williams is taking five from designing a condo tower in Toronto to tend to business in Beverly Hills, where he’s just put his hilltop mansion on the market for USD$17 million with Douglas Elliman. The artist and style god bought the 17,000 sq ft home from Tyler Perry in 2018 for US$15.6 million, so he’s hoping to make a tidy profit. But this isn’t just another generic, celebrity-owned mega-mansion in the Hills. This is an architectural masterpiece owned by one of the coolest creative talents of our time.

Outside, koi ponds and rock sculptures line the perimeter, while the glass exterior make for sweeping city views. There’s also a waterfall pool, a grotto, countless terraces, a tennis court and a 30-car motor court. Inside, there are 10 bedrooms and 11 bathrooms, all connected by a marble staircase. Take a look inside Pharrell’s super modern home here.
