Cocktail: Black Bush Old Fashioned
Spirit: Bushmills Black Bush Irish Whiskey

Bushmills Black Bush Irish Whiskey is handcrafted at the world’s oldest licensed whiskey distillery and distilled in small batches using traditional copper pot stills. After being triple-distilled, this Irish whiskey is matured in Oloroso sherry and bourbon barrels for exceptional depth of flavour.
2 oz Bushmills Black Bush Irish Whiskey
1⁄4 oz simple syrup
4 dashes aromatic bitters
Build all ingredients into a rocks glass with ice. Stir to chill and dilute, and garnish with lemon and orange zest.

Spirit: The Kraken Black Spiced Rum, The Kraken Black Roast

The Kraken Black Spiced Rum is blended with more than 13 secret spices to create a unique spirit with rich aromas of molasses, spice, and brown sugar on the nose. Combined with flavours of coffee, chocolate, vanilla bean, and clove, it’s a versatile addition to your bar this season and beyond.
1 1⁄2 oz The Kraken Black Spiced Rum
1⁄2 oz The Kraken Black Roast
1⁄2 oz hazelnut & chocolate orgeat
1 whole egg
Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice; hard shake. Strain out ice and dry shake to aerate. Fine strain and garnish with grated nutmeg.

Spirit: Maestro Dobel Diamante Tequila
Glassware: Vintage Champagne coupe
As the world’s first cristalino tequila, Maestro Dobel Diamante is created using a blend of aged tequilas for a complex mix of flavours. In addition to aromas of vanilla and flavours of caramel and honey, a proprietary filtration process creates a spirit with unparalleled smoothness.
1 1⁄2 oz Maestro Dobel Diamante Tequila
1⁄2 oz Riesling syrup
3⁄4 oz clarified lemon juice
1 dash absinthe
Pour all ingredients except Champagne into a cocktail shaker with ice; shake hard. Fine strain into the glass and top with Champagne and garnish with a sprinkle of lemon zest.
