Maison Margiela’s Fall/Winter 2026 collection looks to the House’s founding years, reworking vintage garments, Edwardian references, and discarded textiles through deconstruction. Tailcoats lose their tails, leather, tweed, and velvet fuse together, and the men’s Float shoe appears suspended mid-air above a tiny sole. Every look is finished with an Artisanal mask. Presented in Shanghai for the House’s first show in China, it’s built on the idea that nothing is ever truly discarded, only made new.
