Originally unveiled in 2004, an icon has been revisited by Dior with the rerelease of the B01 Matchpoint sneakers. Reimagined in a modern silhouette, the re-release offers a blend of heritage and innovation.

Available in monochrome leather or a suede-accented version, both are made with a focus on premium materials and comfort, and complete with subtle Dior signatures including the monochrome logo flushed to the side of the shoe’s sole. The launch, which hit stores in April, was inspired by the late 1970s and early 1980s, making it no surprise that the reinterpreted B01 Matchpoint sneakers have a vintage feel. That time in fashion is also when Dior made a big splash in America.

“It’s the collision of America, Paris, and New York, uptown and downtown, preppy and cool, something reflected in fashion, film, the art world, and photography during that time,” says Kim Jones, speaking to the inspiration behind the Fall 2025 collection.

While the silhouettes of the collection appear relaxed, they are anchored by careful craftsmanship. From specially commissioned fabrications to intricate weaves, washes, and textures, each of the house’s considerations are grounded by the B01 Matchpoint sneakers.
