Big batch pitcher cocktails are the easiest ways serve guests. Instead of manning the bar, mixing cocktails tailored to your guests specific (and constant) requests, you can show your mixologist skills in one go. Plus, they’re more impressive than a cooler full of suds. Here are a few recipes for delicious and refreshing bevies this summer.

Ginger Crusta (serves 6)

6 oz. Drambuie Scotch Liqueur

3 oz. Triple Sec

6 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice

18 oz. Ginger Beer

6 Orange Peels

Add all the ingredients into a 2-litre pitcher filled with ice. Stir gently and pour into Collins glasses.

Outlaw Lemonade (serves 4-6)

5-6 Lemons

1 cup Water

1 cup Sugar

1 ½ cup Jack Daniels

Ice & Water

Juice all lemons. Cut up the rind of one lemon, place in a medium saucepan along with 1 cup water and the sugar. Bring to a boil over medium heat. After the sugar is dissolved, turn off heat, strain and let cool. In a 2-quart pitcher, combine lemon simple syrup, lemon juice and Jack Daniels.  Fill pitcher with ice and water – stir well.

Tangerine Tequila (serves 4)

1 cup Campari

1 cup Añejo Tequila

1 cup fresh-squeezed tangerine juice from approx 6 tangerines

1 ½ cups soda water

4 Tangerine Wedges for garnish

In a large pitcher, combine Campari, tequila, and tangerine juice. Fill pitcher with ice, top with seltzer, and gently stir to combine. Serve with tangerine wedges in each glass.
