Sharp gathered an exclusive group of West Coast watch collectors and VVIPs to preview Vacheron Constantin’s latest introductions, including the new Fiftysix and Patrimony blue dial watches, at the Swiss watchmaker’s first Vancouver boutique. The tour was followed by an intimate dinner at Hawksworth restaurant, where guests enjoyed a special menu prepared by chef Stephanie Noel to take inspiration from classic Vacheron Constantin timepieces. A sablefish and Manila clam cioppino nodded to the Overseas collection, while a wagyu beef tenderloin matched the timeless purity of the dignified Patrimony.
