Yesterday in Milan, BOSS presented a paradox. Or, more specifically, they presented The BOSS Paradox (with a capital P!): the label’s latest collection for men and women. Billed as “a visual dialogue of order and disorder,” BOSS Spring-Summer 2026 played with contrast; in one look, a dramatic wool overcoat hangs over a soft V-neck sweater, paired with pleated wide-leg utility trousers. Meanwhile, soft-textured suits reigned supreme. Made from lightweight materials, jackets and dress pants defied the corporate look of conventional formalwear. Across the board, the message was clear: opposites attract.

Daring ensembles weren’t the only surprise. Inside the industrial playground of Milan’s Fonderia Macchi, a slew of creative names strutted down the runway: curator Neville Wakefield, artist Ludovic Nkoth, collector Karen Boros, photographer Ryan McGingley, and dancer Francesco Mariottini, to name a few. Of course, they walked alongside familiar BOSS collaborators like campaign star Amelia Gray and content creator Lena Mantler.

“The show is a tribute to creativity, and a further exploration of BOSS’s relationship with the art world,” says Marco Falcioni, Creative Director at HUGO BOSS. “Within the collection, there are different layers of influence: those of design and architecture, and of contemporary dance — plus everything in between.”

An installation by Dutch artist Boris Acket — titled “Aesthetics of Decay” — transformed the space. Embracing the fragile quality of foil, the artwork appears to move with the show; creases and folds play with light and shadow. “Transformed into an autonomous reflective entity, the piece takes on the role of a non-human performer, guiding the models as they move through the show,” explains Acket. “The work is rooted in juxtaposition: creation and destruction unfolding in parallel.”

Exploring the space between chaos and order, the Spring-Summer show drew plenty of intrigue. Famous faces lined the front row: stars like Chloe Bailey, Rudy Pankow, and Meghann Fahy sat alongside brand ambassadors David Beckham and Aaron Pierre.

Equally inspired by the clean lines of German industrial design and the fluid, colourful movements of contemporary dance, BOSS Spring-Summer 2026 fuses elegance and freedom.
