On Thursday, in Florence, @soshiotsuki, recent LVMH Prize winner presented their A/W 2026 Collection titled “In Florence” at @pittiuomo_official. Designer Otsuki who was a guest designer for Pitti Uomo hails inspiration from Giorgio Armani-style tailoring worn by Japanese salary men in the ‘90s and ‘00s, with soft, yet well-defined silhouettes, that exuded an innate, comfortable luxuriousness. As a company, Land Rover has been here before, of course, long before the Dakar Rally became the domain of purpose-built prototypes. A Range Rover won the inaugural Paris–Dakar Rally in 1979, and then did it again in 1981. After that, the brand solidified its reputation far from timing clocks and podiums.
