Toronto’s favourite prog-jazz experimentalists, BADBADNOTGOOD, played their biggest hometown show yet at Massey Hall on Friday. Billed by Red Bull Sound Select (who made the magic happen via their 3 Days In Toronto series) as the outfit’s version of The Last Waltz, it was a sprawling, virtuosic, mind-melting evening full of collaborative jams by the band and their many friends (who included Charlotte Day Wilson, River Tiber, and surprise guest Jay Electronica.) 1. The Oyster Perpetual turns 100 this year, marked with an extensive lineup of new models including a standout colourful “jubilee motif” dial.
2. The Daytona gets an enamel dial and an exhibition caseback.
