Travis Scott has upped his watch game yet again. The rapper’s collection already includes a $150,000 USD rainbow Audemars Piguet Royal Oak and multiple Patek Philippes (who can forget the Celestial 6104?).
The Richard Mille RM 69 Tourbillon Winding Erotic, or the RM 69, much like its other famous owner Drake, has no fuss about making statements. The watch boasts three dials on the top of the watch which rotate to form different naughty phrases. “I want to caress your body” or “Let me kiss you tonight”. Drake, ever the romantic, took to a whole new NSFW level at the 2019 NBA Finals.
The watch is more than just salacious statements, boasting a 69 hour (+/- 10%) power reserve and 41 jewels, while a Grade 5 titanium alloy houses the ‘Oracle’ complication and keeps it safe should you choose to play a game of spin the dial.
According to the RM website, watchmakers and designers have long broken with conservative customs to recreate suggestive scenes mechanically. Why shy away from your desires when you can wear them on your sleeve? Well, in this case, your wrist.
