Here’s Your First Look at Ferrari’s Newly Upgraded California T HS
Ferrari’s most accessible model just got way, way sportier. Today, the Italian racing giant announced a “Handling Speciale” package for the California T, which will put a whole lot more oomph in the sleek roadster’s step.
The HS option significantly raises the car’s handling performance by revamping the suspension — the front springs are 16 per cent stiffer, the rears 19 per cent, and the damper settings have been appropriately revised — along with upgraded programing for both the transmission and traction-control system.
There’s also a new exhaust that gives the engine more of a ferocious roar, and a handful of minor exterior upgrades: the tailpipes are now matte black, the grille is matte gray, and there’s a plaque in the cockpit to let your passengers know you chose the gnarliest possible version of the California T.
