Perennial “good guy” Tom Hanks is at it again.
Not content with appearing in Central Park wedding photos, helping a fan take hilarious drunk pics, or sending an awesome response about a gifted typewriter, the actor has decided to continue his reign as the “famous dude you’d most want to get a drink with” by responding to a fan’s request for a headshot in the Hanks-iest way possible.
Hanks responded to the ask with a personal letter — written using his typewriter, obviously — and a photo of himself holding up the fan’s own photo. The best part of this? Besides the polite apology for his facial hair? (Don’t apologize Tom! It’s majestic!) It’s his letterhead, a commanding yet cool HANX.
