What Are These X-Men Comics Doing In The Final Trailer for ‘Logan’?
The final trailer for the new R-rated Logan is here, and wow, it is gnarly. We see more interaction between Wolverine and the young girl, Laura, presumably his mutant clone X-23. It’s also chock full of some pretty intense action. The most intriguing part, though, has to be the X-Men comic books Wolverine is flipping through. What in the what?
Logan, we know, is following the Old Man Logan storyline, in which he is one of the few remaining mutants on Earth. Our bet is that the comisc probably serve as some kind of a framework to explain what happened to the rest of the X-Men. Laura is reading them and Logan must explain the truth behind her powers, in the process telling the viewers exactly where the other X-Men are.
Logan is in theatres March 3.
