Men’s Spring-Summer Style Trends for 2025 & Onward

The spring equinox has finally arrived, and with it comes a slew of stylish menswear. Men’s Fashion Week might have planted the seeds in Paris, but the season’s best fashion trends are blooming all over the field: sleek leather jackets line the racks of our favourite retailers while chic pops of colour light up our wardrobe like tulips in the front yard. With longer days and rising temps in tow, it’s high time to hit the refresh button. Here are a few of our favourite spring-summer men’s fashion trends for 2025 and beyond.

Enhanced Neutrals & A Punch of Pastel

The much-lauded trend forecaster WGSN named “Future Dusk” — a glossy balance of deep purples and blues — as the colour of 2025. That said, we’re willing to go a step further: Future Dusk augments navy, a classic neutral-adjacent shade, but it’s just one of many off-neutrals we’re seeing. This season, racks are packed with tawny beige trousers and textured tops in warm heather greys. Meanwhile, statement pieces in pale pastels punctuate the shelves: Timothée Chalamet’s yellow-green suit at the 2025 Oscars was just the beginning.

For inspiration, we’ve got a few labels in mind. First, there’s Fendi: for Men’s Spring-Summer, the Italian fashion house turned up with a flurry of preppy pastels, including the sunshine-speckled Beige Cotton Blouson. Long sleeves and a high collar construct a sophisticated contour, while the checked pattern is an easy addition to springtime ensembles.

Next in line? Paul & Shark. The label jumped into new level of menswear with their Spring-Summer collection, which is filled with breathable linens and classic striped tees. Look no further than the lovely beige-and-blue Asymmetric Polo to see what we’re talking about. Its effortless sophistication is a natural progression from last year’s quiet luxury trend.

Barrel and Bootcut Jeans

Showing up to the Superbowl in Céline jeans, Kendrick Lamar’s halftime fit was just the latest sign of a bootcut resurgence. Earlier hints came during the Louis Vuitton Men’s Spring-Summer 2025 show, where creative director Pharrell Williams paired his dark wash denim with orange aviator glasses. If you’re not willing to go full flare, we’d suggest starting with a pair of barrel-cut jeans — a type of relaxed, tapered fit — for a subtle way to incorporate the silhouette.

There’s no shortage of inspiration on the market, either. COS captures the trend with the Cask Barrel-Leg Jeans: Spun from organic cotton, they’re designed to break at the ankle — an excellent match for chunky loafers or platform derbies. For a bonafide bootcut, check out the Hudson Walker Kick Flare Collection. Stocked with an array of high quality iterations, Hudson Jeans offers everything from deconstructed to double-knit.

Love for Leather: Draping Jackets & Loafers

Leather is never truly out of style, but this season, menswear takes the lustrous material to new heights. Designers indulged in all shades of luxe leather, draping oversized leather coats atop custom looks and placing shiny loafers in the centre of the action. Labels like Miu Miu, Loewe, and Ferragamo spearheaded the style, crowding their runways with a smattering of sleek jackets.

Once Paris Fashion Week came to a close, we saw leather garments come to life in a suite of wearable shapes, including adventurous takes like Bottega’s “Daddy” Loafers. Comprised of cream-coloured woven calfskin, the loafers luxuriate with all the ease of a white sand beach. Elsewhere, LOEWE explored the material’s versatility with short sleeve chemises and hooded jackets in soft nappa lambskin.

Brooches & Bracelets Are Here to Stay

Men’s jewellery has been on the rise for more than a minute, and — if awards season was any indication — it’s here to stay. From Adrien Brody’s sparkling obsidian brooch at the Golden Globes to Colman Domingo’s ever-in-vogue pins and bracelets, accessorizing is easier than ever. Whether it’s a simple silver chain, a sleek watch strap, or a show-stealing gemstone, men’s spring-summer fashion is rife with opportunities to shine.

Everyone has their own taste in jewellery, but we tend to recommend choosing a staple piece (or two) to complement a variety of outfits and occasions — especially if you’re new to the game. For a tried and investment, check out the delightfully uncomplicated Venetian Link Bracelet by Tiffany & Co. Curved, interlocking links in sterling silver pay homage to the arches of ancient Rome, and — like Roman architecture — the simple design stands the test of time.

If you’re ready to make a bigger splash, there’s never been a better time to elevate your formal looks with a brooch. We’ve picked the timeless Rose Lapel Pin by Tateossian to aid your inspiration. Three roses in silver tones and smokey quartz capture a contemporary version of old-Hollywood glamour, accentuating evening looks with a regal design.

American Psycho 2: The Return of the Power Suit

Strength, confidence, success: when you’re wearing the right suit, sentiments like these come in spades. After androgynous apparel defined 2024, it’s only natural that the suit — a classic men’s silhouette — has transformed for spring-summer 2025. This year, subversive and surprising takes on traditional tailoring flood the runways. At Fendi Men’s in Milan, for instance, Manuel Turizo embodied the new power suit with bold notched lapels; the trend continued at Louis Vuitton, where slacks come high-waisted and oversized.

One such take is Givenchy’s stunning slim-fit wool suit. Expert tailoring creates a svelte and polished silhouette, with a timeless double-breasted jacket and luxe satin lining. Finished with a shimmering satin collar and paired with a foamy and flowing shirt (in a silk blend with lavalliere and HG embroidery), the look offers an alluring, old-world aesthetic.

Elsewhere, Balenciaga came prepared for the power suit resurgence. For Men’s Spring-Summer 2025, the Spanish label launched the beautifully bizarre Men’s Seamless Tailored Jacket — an elegant checked wool blazer with exaggerated shoulders and a sharp, asymmetrical closure.
